About Asiyesonke
Asiyesonke is a SaaS tool that simplifies the administrative processes of funeral parlours by collecting valuable customer data, premium payment notification and policy claims processing to better service their customers. Additionally, Asiyesonke will have eCommerce functionality which allow people to source goods and services needed for a funeral accompanied by a funeral planner.
The Problem
Funeral parlours struggle with data capturing, transparency, on-time premium collections and the claims-process offered by them and/or their partner formal funeral insurers through the underwriting process. This makes the lives of those looking to plan funerals difficult and stressful.
In South Africa, there are over 10,000 legal funeral parlours backed by multiple industry bodies/associations that exist in the ecosystem. The funeral services industry generates R10 billion annually in the country
