Client Challenge

The client was looking to ensure that the Africa Tourism Leadership Forum & Awards event was heavily promoted where success would be determined by the number of event registrations, new leads generated and a target of 5 million people reached. An event key visual for offline and online activities was to be developed to create interest.

The Solution

The Saturated team art directed the marketing creative required to promote the event on appropriate digital and social media channels. We designed the organic social media creative, posters, speaker cards, holding cards, motion graphics for social and the programme booklet.

We also ran paid campaigns to promote the event where over 12 million people were reached, the event was over subscribed weeks before it happened and a new list of leads was created for the event. During the event, we also provided live event social media management remotely.
