We encourage our customers to inspect and test the compatibility and functionality of all received products within 3 days. This will ensure that the time period for returns and exchanges does not lapse and applicable reporting and correction can be made in a timely manner.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to exchange or take back the product and issue you a credit note to the value of the exchanged or returned product that you can use towards the purchase of product or service offered at Gospetech. The following terms shall apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. Should you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will gladly accept exchanges or process returns for credit notes to the value of the product within 7 days of reporting of the order at no additional cost to you.
Condition of returns/exchanges
To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be in unused, original condition and packaging. Defects and/or incorrect products must be reported with supporting images and/or videos within 7 days of receipt of package via e-mail at info@gospetech.com or via Whatsapp at 079 748 0193 Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Should the error for your incorrect order or product be the fault of Gospetech, we will gladly give you a full credit note refund or replacement and/or arrange a courier to pick up the returned at no extra cost to you. We will also provide a credit note refund of the courier fees from your original purchase.
Should the customer insist on a cash refund, it will be processed to the original form, source of payment and bank account number that was used to make the purchase and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. We may also, at the request of the customer, process a refund in the form of an electronic funds transfer or EFT but only to the destination account that was originally used to make the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of approval. Kindly note that refund requests on returned products will be approved after the goods have been received and inspected by Gospetech . Replacement products for the exchange requests will also be sent to the customer upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Kindly allow up to 24 hours for a response to your query. Emails sent outside working hours will be responded to on the next business day
Please be advised that we have the right to refuse returns & exchanges under the following circumstances
- Your Gospetech order did not arrive due to factors within your control (for example: Incorrect delivery address or contact information was provided), or
- Your Gospetech order did not arrive due to circumstances outside our control (for example: Delays/damages by third party delivery companies, natural disasters, pandemics). In such an instance, we may, at our own discretion, decide to replace the lost or damaged goods. This decision is made on a case by case basis. We encourage our customers to add the minor cost of insurance to their third party courier service to mitigate this possibility
- You ordered the “incorrect item”. We urge you to choose your items carefully as you make your purchase order.
Should the request for a refund and/or an exchange be at the discretion or request of the customer, with no faults or errors on the part of Gospetech and the products received, please note that the customer will be asked to pay for the return of the package and shall not receive a refund for the courier fees on the order in question. This is because the funds will have already been paid to our third party courier partner to fulfill the initial purchase which is a service that will have been successfully carried out.
The customer shall, in this instance, be responsible for the fees associated with transporting the goods back to Gospetech. Refunds/exchanges will only be processed within 1-2 working days of receipt, inspection and approval of returned goods.
Should the customer ask for an exchange in a situation where Gospetech has not sent incorrect or defective products, we may ask the customer to cover 50%- 100% of the courier fee to send a new package.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that a reliable and trackable courier is used as we will not be liable for missing returns. If returned goods are damaged or lost while transit back to Gospetech, we will not approve an exchange or refund. We advise customers to use adequate packaging and use reliable/ insured courier services.
